Smart Doorbell for Multi-unit Apartment/Duplex

The ModTX LED flush-mount doorbell for Duplex Apartments, designed with a timeless flat black aesthetic, is set to greet guests for decades. Crafted with simplicity and modernism in mind, this all-metal push button responds with a soft click, surrounded by a thin illuminated halo and mounted inside a 1/4 inch thick, matte black, solid aluminum panel.

The ultra-efficient LED emits a bright glow even in daylight, using less than one watt and lasting approximately 10 years. Two post terminals allow for easy connection to most doorbell systems. The panel, cut from 6061 aluminum alloy and finished in flat black, is corrosion resistant. While cuts and finishes may contain small imperfections, the overall fit and finish vary from the images shown.

Included with the doorbell are two black stainless, semi-countersunk screws (#8 x ~1") for wall mounting. However, these screws may not align with existing wall holes. The required wall opening measures 5/8" (16mm) wide and 1.4" deep, accommodating common wired 12-24 volt doorbell systems such as Nicor Primechime or Heath Zenith SL-27102-02 Doorbell kit.

Boasting an IP67 waterproof rating, the ModTX doorbell panel measures 6" tall, 1.25" wide, and 1/4" thick. Crafted from corrosion-resistant 6061 aluminum alloy, this modern metal doorbell hardware is built to last. Each item is cut, polished, painted, and assembled in Texas, using a combination of U.S. and imported parts.
